By using GoForthly, you agree to these Terms of Use. GoForthly is owned and operated by Seleqt Group LLC and is used as a DBA/trade name of Seleqt Group LLC. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

Platform role

GoForthly helps employers and experienced professionals discover and communicate about work and services. Unless separately agreed in writing, GoForthly is not the employer, staffing agency, payroll provider, legal advisor or tax advisor for a marketplace engagement and does not guarantee any hire, project, response or outcome.

Accounts and content

You are responsible for your account security and for providing truthful, current and lawful information. GoForthly may review, approve, hide, suspend or remove accounts, profiles, opportunities, packages, messages or other content that violates platform standards or creates risk.

Professional and employer responsibilities

Professionals are responsible for their experience, credentials, availability, pricing and work. Employers are responsible for opportunities, hiring decisions, worker classification, agreements, payment, workplace obligations and legal compliance.

Subscriptions and billing

Some employer tools require a paid recurring subscription processed by Stripe. By completing Checkout, you authorize recurring charges at the price and interval shown until cancellation. Stripe-hosted billing tools may be used to update payment methods, view invoices or request cancellation.

Cancellations and refunds

Unless checkout terms or applicable law state otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and fees are generally non-refundable. Access may continue through the period already paid.

Acceptable use

Users may not send spam, harassment, misleading or unlawful content; scrape protected information; bypass access controls; interfere with platform security; or use GoForthly in a discriminatory or abusive manner.

Changes and availability

Features, pricing and these terms may change as the platform develops. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms. GoForthly may suspend features for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
