Request account deletion
GoForthly members can request deletion from the website, iPhone app, or Android app. We verify ownership before processing a request.
Website
- Sign in to the account you want deleted.
- Open the Privacy center.
- Select Submit deletion request.
iPhone or Android
- Sign in to the GoForthly app.
- Open Account, then Privacy center.
- Select Request account deletion.
Deletion is reviewed so active subscriptions, legal retention duties, fraud prevention, and marketplace obligations can be handled correctly. Any data that must be retained will be described in the privacy policy; retained data is not used for unrelated purposes.
